Bowmanville Professional Building

A private medical office building located in Bowmanville, ON. Phase 1 was a 7,500 sq. ft. vertical addition to the existing building. Phase 2 was a 24,000 sq. ft. 3 storey addition to the existing building. Phase 3 was a 28,000 sq. ft. 3 storey addition to the existing building and expansion of the parking facilities. Tenant leasehold improvements were also completed within the building.
